Key Responsibilities Litigation Management: Support and lead workstreams on complex patent infringement and validity disputes, from pre-action correspondence to trial. Strategic Advisory: Provide commercially focused advice on Freedom to Operate (FTO) , patentability, and enforcement strategies. Technical Analysis: Collaborate with experts to translate intricate scientific or engineering concepts into persuasive legal arguments. Cross-Border Coordination: Work with international counsel on multi-jurisdictional patent strategies. Drafting: Prepare high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel and experts.
